Oconee Valley Pharmacy

I received a text message about my prescriptions were ready for pickup. Once inside I was second in line. I stood there 3-4 minutes waiting my turn. Another customer walked in and the pharmacist that wasn’t helping anyone hurriedly jumped from her seat to help the customer who just walked in. She didn’t even acknowledge me. The pharmacy’s manager was standing right there. She said nothing. I let her know that I wasn’t pleased and I wasn’t invisible. I really don’t like this pharmacy but I have no choice because Walgreens doesn’t take my insurance. Mrs. Mattie Sergick and the young lady who works alongside her are always affable and professional. The other pharmacists who work there are always dry, inconsiderate and unapproachable.

Great staff works hard to fill your medication and go over any questions you may have. Marlene greets you with a smile and makes sure all your medication is in order. Hannah fills your prescriptions and makes sure all info is on the bottle you need. She is also very happy to answer any and all questions you have before leaving. Great bunch, great prices.
