Ochsner Pharmacy & Wellness - Primary Care

I've been trying to call this pharmacy for three days. Over a dozen calls and they will not pick up their phone. There is also no option to leave a message or contact them in any other way.

Unfriendly staff. I was told to go across the street for a booster shot, but the main pharmacy has never offered it. Instead of being short with me and sending me away, the employee should have verified the information.

First, the pharmacist who gave me my booster was excellent. She had given me my flu shot the week before. But the rest of the process took close to an hour and took me back and forth between 3 places. I had made an appointment for 3:05 pm. And was told to go to the Camellia Room. I did and the nurses there told me I had to register even though I had e-checked. At the registration desk, I was then asked for my vaccination card. I have it on LAWallet and in Mychart. But I was told I had to have a card. After explaining again that I didn’t have a physical card, I was reluctantly given a card and told to go to the area where the vaccinations were being given. There I had to give my name and DOB to the MA. She asked me to sit in the waiting room. After 20 minutes or so, she gave me a form to f

Thomas N. Is amazing! My medications can be ready soon after seeing my doctor if he knows I’m waiting! He greets me by name! He is always smiling and is very patient. I live 45 minutes away and would definitely keep getting my medications filled at this location.

Everything was great until I received my bill. Its probably a good idea to ask how much something costs before you agree to it versus any available alternatives. After my experience, I don't want to give them any more of my business.
