Ocean Valley Dental Center

We took my six year old daughter for 3 fillings, to ocean valley Dental office at Aliso Viejo, even though we have dental coverage with Delta care USA, They asked for $700 in advance for 3 filling. first visit my daughter had a cut on her lip and took a week to heal . Second appointment after the numbing agent was injected they asked for another $250 to continue. My wife explained the agreement we had with them prior to the visit and asked the doctor to continue because our kid was crying . Dr. Refused seeing my little girl in the middle of the procedure and send her home. I have not called Delta care yet but it is a very disappointing and aggravating situation ……I rally expect an explanation and a phone call from them.
