I was appalled with their CNA services. I had three in all. One came in and sat to watch her soap operas all afternoon. OSNS fired her because they found her asleep on the job. The second one got too comfortable in her position and just took advantage of it. The third called out at least once a week. When she told me she signed my name to the work sheet I was mortified. If she was doing this to me what was she doing to less capable clients? OSNS discharges clients when they feel like it not when the client is no longer in need. I fired this company. I would rather have no services than such terrible services.

The company provided cna services for my wheelchair bound mother. The just "discharged" her, 2 days before a long weekend with no notice, and think its ok because they are short staffed. I say if you can't run a business correctly don't. Peoples lives depend on them showing up. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY SUCK
