I would like to thank and rate Ocean Orthopedic Associates 5 stars for their professionalism, knowledge and outstanding patient care that the group has shown for me. To give a quick background, I am in my mid 30s and fractured my foot in a very unideal region of my 5th metatarsal in November 2024 ("Jones Fracture"). I made an appointment at Ocean Orthopedic Associates and worked with Dr. Mukherjee, who was extremely knowledgeable, was very professional and helped answer all of my fiance and I's questions (since this was my first time fracturing a bone like this in a complete unforeseen accident, it was a very difficult time for me and I had a lot of questions). Visited for shoulder and forearm pain from sports activity. Staff were polite and succint, the doctor and nurses were knowledgeable and professional, and the facility was clean. Got great care for both issues, already starting to feel better!

Dr. Pensak and his entire staff were amazing! I had a broken arm and had a plate put in and recently removed. Their staff and Dr. Pensak worked hard to make me feel comfortable & safe. I highly recommend them.

My husband had an appointment with Dr. Closky for a consultation relating to his inability to walk properly and lower back pain resulting from breaking his femur and subsequent surgery by another surgeon. Dr Closky was courteous, informative and took his time explaining why my husband was in such severe pain. Refreshing to meet a doctor with an excellent bedside manner.

I began with Ocean Orthopedic in 2007 in TOms River. At that time Dr. Robt. Closkey prescribed me heavy pain medication, and recently, after I registered a complaint over my wife's doctor there, we were both thrown out and denied our addictive medicines after being on them for years. They are nothing but "sophisticated" Drug Pushers who then cut you off without any notice. They are a corrupt group that takes advantage of disabled senior citizens. I urge all current patients to leave them, for your own protection.
