I would give 100 stars if I could. Don't even know where to begin there are so many wonderful people at 4 Paws. My pets have been patients since 2009. In the beginning they saw all the docs who are all top notch but we have been seeing Dr Anna Orzel for many many years now and I honestly don't know what we would do without her. She is a true life angel. Never met a more loving, caring, honest, smart vet like her! Dr Turk - has done several surgical procedures for us and is wonderful. Honest and efficient. Vet tech Sam is wonderful and is so great at what she does, as are all the very techs- Lexi & Michelle and all of them... the best! Finally, 4 Paws has the best receptionists who truly make our visits more enjoyable. Each one are caring and wonderful women. Special mention to Charlen

Unfortunately this week my best friend over the last decade got very ill with cancer and after fighting like a champ for almost a year and had to be put to sleep, Words can’t fully explain Dr Anna Orezo and staff were beyond sympathetic and thorough caring to me needs and Roxie’s. Thank you for making a horrible situation just a little more tolerable. I am grateful for there compassion.

Shady billing practices. A had visit was left in the waiting room and didn’t even speak to the dr, just one of the vet techs. Paid in full before I left as the posted signs everywhere say ”payment due at time of service”. They emailed me the invoice receipt and then the next day emailed me another for “a missed charge” for a consultation fee and didn’t bother even calling me. It wasn’t until I went through my emails I realized they dropped a second invoice in my email without any notification or even a courtesy call. I call to speak to someone about and for two weeks I get passed off and told someone will call me back. The service here is great and I have zero issue paying in full but I have an issue with dropping invoices in my email without notifying me and expecting me to pay them after
