We’ve always had a wonderful experience Touchstone, but our most recent visit really reminded us why we love them so much. Our dog had a cyst that wouldn’t stop bleeding, and it was such a scary situation for us. The team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Shannon was so kind and responsive on the phone, answering all our questions and helping us get squeezed in last minute. Joanne, the technician who assisted during the appointment, was gentle and clearly cared about making him feel comfortable which is important to us because our doggy bites when nervous. And of course, Dr. Morgan is incredible—as always! She took the time to explain everything thoroughly to us and provided exceptional care (as she does every appointment). I absolutely love this office . Everyone is so kind from the front desk- to the techs to the doctors . I recently stumbled upon Dr Russo (as I typically see Dr Morgan who’s amazing ) and I am so happy I did . Dr Russo is so compassionate and takes the times to explain everything to you . She’s very relatable and a complete gem. I have older dogs so I’ve been into the office more than usual and it’s always a great experience. Can’t recommend enough .

Touchstone is absolutely incredible. The care and kindness they give to each pet is absolutely amazing. I hadn’t been here for over a year and the receptionist remembered my pet like it was nothing. We have been seen by almost every Vet here and they are all incredible. They took such great care of my cat and were transparent with me during the entire process of getting x-rays and the spay process. I am so sad to be moving away because it means I won’t get to go to Touchstone anymore!

Dr Russo and her staff are absolutely amazing! We first went when our last dog wasn’t acting right and unfortunately had to put him down shortly after and dr Russo called and checked on him and us several times. We now got a new puppy and the care you receive when you call or go is so nice! I highly recommend!!!
