Ocean Optical Eyecare

I have been with Dr. Marino for over 5 years ans i have nothing but great things to say about her. She is knowledgeable, thorough with her exam and great bedside manners. Unfortunately I have to give this office a 3 stars because her front desk staff has been rude, sarcastic and lacking in good client service skills. The team can make or break your practice :(

Be leary of the frame sales lady, she knew I never wore glasses before and I ended up with French frames and was lucky to make it outta there under $1000 , she saw me coming a mile away pun intended!!!

Excellent facilities. Was extremely impressed with my Optometrist, Amber Pearce. She was very thorough with my eye exam and showed she cared. A rare quality now a days. Strongly recommend.

I just wanted to express how happy I was to experience such great customer service at ocean optical Stacey at the checking desk smiling and making you feel so welcome eye exam was amazing also Chrissy who help me with my frames and took great care of me. Also I only had my new glasses one day they fell off my sofa and broke I bought them back and Chrissy wax so sweet and just said we will take care of it and they did I was just blown away with such service I recommended this place for your next eye appointment and glasses. My husband also got new glasses and He was impressed with the customer service as well check it out you won’t be sorry

Went for an appointment to get contacts and Glasses been working with them since July these are all the samples that I’ve gotten not one fits. I’ve been wearing contacts for years and for some reason I can’t get contact with this place. Don’t waste your money. It’s not worth it. I think the only people that go there are the ones that get their glasses for free. It’s a joke.
