Other than the usual waiting in line like any other place, once I was accommodated for I was greeted with a warm welcome. There for a drug screening, the actual process took less than 20 minutes, the lady was very charismatic and welcoming. Pretty solid.

I had an extremely unprofessional and upsetting experience with the male doctor 3 years ago and it still upsets me. During my visit, I was asked to remove my clothes for an examination without a clear explanation of why it was necessary. Mind you I went in for a drug test only. The doctor then looked at my private parts, made a comment to his nurse and laughed about it with the nurse. This behavior was humiliating, disrespectful, and made me feel completely violated. No patient should ever be treated this way. I strongly advise others to be cautious. I have learned from this experience to always question why I am having to remove my clothes and I think about this experience often.

Sooo, no sign in building, the wait was well over 2 hours for an employer drug test. When I approached the reception area at 1 hour 45 min , Into the wait time, I found 2 employees standing with cell phone in hand and not helping the lady at window. Upon approaching where to leave a review, she then took face out of her cell phone and helped the lady. This is a poor excuse of state services and an utter shame for getting Americans back to work. There is no doubt in my mind that this facility is managed by liberal nonsense. Not a good look for the state of Florida. Soooo my advise would be to put your dam cell phone down and earn your paycheck!!

This was, by far, the worst medical facility I have ever gone to in my life. First, you always have to wait hours to take a drug test or a physical. Then when it’s your turn, they expect YOU to pee in a cup in three seconds flat. After you used their bathroom numerous times waiting for your turn. The physician's assistant tells me I have to see a surgeon to sign off on my CDL medical exam--an exam I have never had a problem with and passed on March 19 of THIS year--and I had to pay $200 out of pocket to see the surgeon. He signed off on it with a minor stipulation and this PA calls me five minutes after I left the surgeon's office to tell me she would not pass my medical exam anyway. Just awful people. I didn’t think the reviews were accurate but unfortunately they are extremely accurate. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Tensia (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) she was absolutely amazing! Very pleasant and friendly maybe they should put her in the front to speak with incoming patients. I was the FIRST person in the building and still had to wait for 25 minutes for a basic drug screen. In 2024 they have no online presence or ability to schedule an appointment. Strictly walk in which likely accounts for the long wait times mentioned in the previous reviews There’s no sign on the building to let you know you are at the correct location.
