I spoke to the manager iris. About being unhappy with my glasses... She has assisted me more than once and corrected the glasses Also nadine is very kind and helpful in knowledgeable They can get so busy that it's easy for them to overlook a situation. So I suggest talking to these 2 women. They're doing their best to make the customers happy.

No No No! I recommend thoroughly researching a doctor’s background, areas of expertise, and patient reviews before booking an appointment. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Obi was disappointing. I visited his clinic for eye pain and a glasses check but left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. The vision test felt rushed, and the prescription he provided was worse than my current glasses. When I expressed that I couldn’t see clearly with the new prescription, he dismissed my concerns, saying I couldn’t expect perfect vision. While I understand limitations in vision correction, his response felt dismissive rather than solution-focused. Don’t know why the bad reviews…Dr Obi and whole staff were wonderful., I came for a contact lens exam. The staff was Helpful , friendly and professional. I already referred my son to make an appt. I’ll be retuning for glasses too ! Thank you 😊

Always asking for more money, two years ago , I got My flat top 28 bifocal with the same price and same insurance and 2021 asked $29 for get the same lens , I have same insurance same benefits

I had been going there for four years. and I experienced bad costumer service today. Am taking my money somewhere else. Don’t go there they don’t appreciate their costumers.
