They wouldn't even call to warn insulin was rejected by my insurance, when I gave them 2wks to fill and sort it out before insurance was canceled. The lady rolled her eyes, and had an attitude instead of helping. She didn't think them rejecting insulin would be a problem.. lady, are you even aware what insulin does? Its meant to keep diabetics alive! I don't have time to figure out where it's gonna come from when its out, that's why the doctor and I planned it out, so i don't go without. Think I have an attitude now? Wait till I'm in the hospital with high blood sugar, then come back at me.. she gave me 6 forms to fill out, which takes minimum 2 weeks to get help once snail mailed.. Seriously, go anywhere else but this place for prescriptions.. Very unprofessional and lacks common med

Horrible place. Horrible attitude and horrible service
