Westland Urgent Care Walk-In, TeleVisit and RAPID tests

URGENT CARE ROCKSTARS! 🌟 I recently visited Westland Urgent Care and was blown away i made an appointment Upon arrival the staff was immediately kind and made sure I had everything up to date during my visit. I spent no longer than what felt sooner than 20 minutes inside for the entire ordeal. by the exceptional care I received! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease knowing I was in the best hands. Despite my fear of doctors,The manager Sarah was an absolute angel - gentle, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience painless. The sweet girl at the front desk Amber was also fabulous, handling everything from check-in to paperwork with a smile! I want to give a huge shoutout to both of these amazing individuals for making my visit perfect! I'd recommend Westland Urgent Care to every

I’ve been living in Westland for a while now and this is the only urgent care I will go to. The service is always quick, convenient and friendly and to make things even better, they now have a pharmacy attached to their business. I love it here!

Yea never going back to this urgent care again ! They open at 9:30 I walked in at 9:27 the rude little girl said we not open yet. So you really want me to wait outside with my sick child for 3 more minutes lol… My daughter had a sore throat they did a strep test around her mouth did not touch the back. The doctor come in she didn’t look in the back of my daughters mouth said everything was negative and sent her home. The next day my daughter wasn’t improving so I took her to another urgent care and sure enough the doctor said she had white spots in the back of her throat and that she has strep and gave her some antibiotics. Do not take your children to this urgent care. They are rude, lazy and don’t care.

Let me start off by saying I have went to this urgent care over the last ten years for myself and my children and I have never been treated so rudely. My son has been very sick they are the ones who found out what it was but he's still sick after his medicine and they refused to see him said it's "policy" even though the other doctor specifically said to come back if he didn't get better. The woman at the counter with dark hair and glasses did not need to point her finger at me while she was talking to me as if she was scolding a child and even came off aggressive. As she added if it's that bad go to the hospital like I haven't already done that!!! I'm a single mom trying to get my son better doing the best I can. I would not come here, it took 3 times for them to even find out what was wr

Definitely wouldn’t recommend taking a baby there. Brought my baby in for whoooping cough (yeah I should’ve went to the ER in the first place) but they brought us to the back after waiting in the lobby awhile. Triaged him and was taking us to a room but every room was filled so she had us sit back in triage, to wait another 20 minutes then finally took us to the room and said the doctor would be in shortly. But yet had to wait another 15/20 minutes before I end up leaving.
