EmUrgent Care Clinic- Urgent Care Westland

I had a really great experience at EmUrgent Care. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and made me feel at ease. Even though it’s an urgent care, I never felt rushed at any point. The doctor actually took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and worked with me to figure out what was going on instead of just brushing things off. That level of attention is honestly rare these days. The staff was attentive throughout the visit, checked in on me, and made sure I understood everything before I left. The clinic itself was clean, organized, and ran smoothly, which made the whole experience much less stressful. You can tell the people here genuinely care about their patients, and that made all the difference. I’d absolutely recommend EmUrgent Care to anyone needing

They were amazing. Customer service was great. I felt very comfortable with them. And I live my cup. I was very dehydrated ao it was much needed. The water machine they have in the lobby is a huge plus as well.

The doctor I saw went above and beyond — not only did they take the time to thoroughly explain everything, but they also had their receptionist personally reach out to a specialist they were referring me to and secured me an appointment for the very next day. That level of care and follow-through is rare. Definitely coming back again! Highly recommend!

EmUrgent Care was extremely pleasant and caring. The Dr was very patient and took the time to explain in detail my mother's issues. Facility is very clean and sterile! I really like this urgent care!! I will recommend this place!

Stopped by EmUrgent Care Clinic and was pleasantly surprised by how fast and easy the whole visit was. I barely waited before being seen, and everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and helpful. The provider was thorough and made sure all my questions were answered without making me feel rushed. The clinic is very clean and comfortable, which made the experience even better. It’s great to have an urgent care option that respects your time and still delivers excellent care. Would definitely go back and recommend it to others.
