Oakhurst Pediatrics

We loved having our family with Oakhurst Peds! They offer evidence-based care, are prompt with appointments, you can schedule siblings together, and you can schedule appointments and talk with the doctors through their portal. At every interaction, I’ve been impressed with their professionalism. We had to move out of state but otherwise loved this office. They have a waitlist for newborns, so if you’re thinking of bringing your little one here (you absolutely should!), be sure to get on the waitlist as soon as you confirm your pregnancy!

We liked the pediatricians here but as soon as I questioned the vaccine schedule and asked to skip one of the multidose vaccines, we were kicked out of the practice. Every parent should have a right to informed consent! I cannot support any practice with policies like this.

I don't know how I've not written a review of Oakhurst Pediatrics yet!! They are, hands down, an incredible team of professionals that truly care about your child's well being. Our children have been seeing Dr. Kaanan since they were both born and we absolutely could not be any happier with the level of care and compassion that we have received. Even when we moved a little farther away from Decatur, we quickly found out that not many other practices, in our opinion, hold a candle to Oakhurst Pediatrics. From the front desk to examination, this practice is efficient, caring, kind, and just a gem of compassion that exists in the neighborhood. Oakhurst is where my wife and I first started dating and living together almost 20 years ago, literally almost across the street from the practice

Amazing pediatric care!! Dr. Doyle has taken wonderful care of my boys since they were born. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and generous with her time. So thankful for her and her amazing team!

I absolutely LOVE Oakhurst Pediatrics. I met Dr. Doyle years before she moved her practice to Decatur when my oldest child was a toddler. I was incredibly excited when I learned about Oakhurst and so thankful that she would care for my two newer additions to the family. As an added benefit, we have gotten to know Dr. Kanaan when she covers for Dr. Doyle. Lightning definitely struck twice with those two. The office staff and team of nurses are the absolute best in Decatur. I highly recommend the practice.
