I typically don’t write reviews, especially negative ones, but because I read reviews when looking for information, I wanted to share my experience in hope that someone will get the information they need when looking at a pediatrician. Several of my kids have few or no medical needs, but my youngest son was someone who we knew we would need to be extra proactive with and after moving to the area from another state, I decided to give Dr Myers’s a try. I found out quickly that Dr Myers is more of a “wait and see” doctor. My son was delayed at a young age, and I had to ask for referrals even though he didn’t think it was necessary and “some kids never roll over.” I had to be especially proactive in getting services for my child. Dr. John Myers at O’Fallon Pediatrics is absolutely fantastic! From the moment we met him, he has been incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and always provides thorough explanations, making sure we feel comfortable and informed about our child’s care. His gentle approach and genuine care for his patients are evident in every visit. He goes above and beyond to make both parents and kids feel at ease, which is so important. We truly appreciate his expertise and dedication, and we couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician. Highly recommend Dr. Myers to anyone looking for compassionate and top-quality care for their little ones!

Where to I start the way she answered. The phone was horrible. She said I lived at an address. I never lived. Then she rudely And abruptly hung up with me because I said that I was waiting for my insurance to clear for my son. These people need jobs that match their attitudes. This is not it for her. The receptionist very sad to lose patience because they are hiring people who don’t know how to talk to families.🤦🏻‍♀️

We’ve been seeing Dr. Reichert for many years and our kids are high school and college aged now. He’s that good with all age groups. They’ll be disappointed when they “age out!” He and his staff are amazing and have treated us all with warmth, compassion and professionalism - at ALL times. If you’re looking for an amazing pediatrician, look no further. You seriously can’t go wrong here. On the rare occasions that he is off (even doctors take vacation - some of which he uses to help children in need in other countries), the other doctors in his practice have been great too. We appreciate having Dr. Reichert all these years. He’s truly been a blessing!

I alerted this office that I received my 2 grandchildren as foster placements and that they no longer lived with the foster family that brought them to this office. Therefore they needed to no longer be contacted. The office manager asked for the placement letter, which I sent. Unfortunately, they contacted the old foster family anyway about documents that I have been waiting on to let them know that they wouldn't provide the documents since the children were months behind for some vaccines and 3 months behind for well check. (I have had the children for 1 month) The office manager said it was because they didn't have a copy of the court order. Well interestingly she had not asked for that when I called to get this all figured out immediately after taking placement of the children.
