NYU Langone Radiology—Tisch Hospital

This place is so nice and clean.i went to have a procedure done and all the staff was so nice and concerned. Dr Shapiro and his team was so nice to me they walked me through every step. I felt so loved there. They have warm blankets. They make you feel real special there. I almost wanted to stay🤣🤣. I never seem such a clean hospital bathroom. I wish I remembered everybody name there. I would give them all a special shout out. From the beginning nurses till the end thank you so much for all you did. I really appreciate your kind and lovely service. To Dr Shapiro and the other doctor that was there wit him. Thank you so much for all you did and hope kind you was to me. How you help me through the procedure and made me feel safe and comfortable. Thank you

My mother had surgery here and the Doctor and staff were amazing. I would love to give five stars, but the bathrooms were filthy. The waiting area was filthy too, I never once saw a housekeeping staff member, I was there over 12 hours. You would think with the pandemic they would be on top of cleaning. I would never go back to this hospital , I didn’t feel safe from maybe getting COVID-19, It’s only been a day I can still get it.

Extremely rude and condescending staff. They do not understand patient privacy and religious restrictions of their patients, told a female to undress wide open in open space, when she denied the technician put her in the back of the line, and made her wait an hour with the contrast while taking other patients in. Very dismissive and rude. Never schedule a CAT scan here. Go do your CAT scan in mount sinai or somewhere else.
