Good experience - my appointment started within 10-15 minutes of the scheduled time, front desk was polite and helpful, techs were knowledgeable and patient with my questions. No issues with injecting the contrast and my results were delivered later that day. I was generally nervous and not a fan of the confined space and they communicated what would happen well enough I felt better about the procedure.

I had a very positive experience from start to finish! I didn't have to wait for my CT scan and was in and out of there in under 30 minutes! Special thank you to the staff who were warm and efficient: Brittney, Sam and Brandy.

I suffer with some heavy anxiety and was really nervous about my scan today. Being administered medication throughout the exam, being in the mri machine, etc. The staff/doctors/technicians here were so incredibly kind and patient with me. I was a bit of a wreck prior to starting and they were all so incredibly nice to me throughout the whole process. Guided me through everything and really took their time. I was in and out quickly too. I was able to even relax while getting the scan done. I’m very grateful for the team that assisted me today.

I had a 12pm cardiac MRI appointment. I showed up 1130am to fill out forms as directed . At 12:10 I asked receptionist what time I would be taken for appointment, she informed me it would be another 30 min making it 40 min late. At 12:30 I asked again and was told it would be 1:30om which would be 90 min late. There was no notice of this when I arrived, no update when time kept being pushed back. I asked if that was an actual time and was told no, meaning could be pushed back again. The center manager was "busy" I asked for call back and that never happened. I'm a medical professional, delays happen, I get that. What I don't get is that there was no communication when I arrived and none as the time kept getting pushed back. I left, there was no guarantee that the time wouldn't change agai

My family member scheduled an appointment for 2:30pm and was told to get to the office 15 minutes early at 2:15pm. After waiting for 45 minutes she asked the desk how much longer it would be and they said her appointment was actually at 3pm but they tell you to come in 30 minutes early (confirmation email literally says 2:30pm). She didn't get called in until about 3:30 after arriving at 2:15 as instructed. Just doesn't make sense... after taking time off and coming a long way from NJ we just felt this was extremely poor communication. Overall not a great experience.
