My wife and I would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to the entire staff at the Kimmel Pavilion’s Gamma Knife Suite. On Dec 18, Dr. Kondziolka treated my son Andrew for a neuroma. In particular, I would like to express our gratitude to the lead nurse, Kenneth Narvaez, as well as the medical technician, Kofi Carr. Their professionalism, courtesy, helpfulness, and positive attitudes greatly exceeded our expectations. There were other nurses and medical staff involved, all of whom could not have been better, but unfortunately, I don’t know their names. The professionalism of everyone there was absolutely outstanding.

The doctors here are amazing and saved my dad’s life. God bless Dr.Garg and his medical team. The reason I’m giving this a one star is because of the big Spanish guy who does the valet parking. My experience with the valet service was extremely disappointing. The valet attendant who assisted me was unexpectedly rude and dismissive every moment that I have came. Instead of providing basic courtesy, he spoke in a curt, impatient tone and seemed irritated by simple questions. It made the whole interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. I don’t know his name but he was working on Nov.24 around 3pm. I’ve seen him multiple times as I have visited this building multiple times. Not with just me but I watched him be rude to everyone else. People come here to visit family who are in critical cond

2 stars because by hospital for standards, the food has been fairly nice for the most part. I've had nurses take 30+ minutes to respond. I've been woken up by nurses shoving little cups of "Take as needed" meds at half dose under my nose so they can try to not give me full doses. Doctors seem full of themselves and do not want to listen to you. Speaking to patient relations does seem to get their attention, but the doctors just come and try to get you to agree with them - even when they don't agree with each other. Unless the care you need is really only available at this hospital, I *heavily* suggest you look elsewhere. I went in for a fairly uncommon surgery, but I've been debating calling other local hospitals to see if they could handle aftercare because NYU is ludicrously horrible

Yesterday, I brought my wife to your hospital for surgery. After checking her in, I went to the lobby to get a cup of coffee. The staff member behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a coffee, she poured it carelessly, causing it to overflow and spill all over the counter. She then handed me a soaked, dripping cup. I wanted to bring this to your attention because this type of behavior does not reflect the level of care and professionalism one would expect in a hospital setting.

⸻ I would like to extend my deepest and most sincere gratitude to the entire medical team at NYU Langone Kimmel Pavilion for the extraordinary care I received during my recent hospitalization, which began on January 21, 2026, when I arrived to undergo lumbar spine surgery that ultimately lasted over six hours, a procedure that was both physically and emotionally daunting for me and my loved ones, yet from the very moment I entered the facility, I was met with a level of professionalism, compassion, and reassurance that immediately eased my fears and instilled confidence that I was in the best possible hands; every interaction, from admission through discharge, reflected an unwavering commitment to excellence and patient-centered care, beginning with the front desk and administrative staff
