NYU Langone at Trinity

I was seen by great doctors and staff who were professional and kind. However, they’re severely understaffed, coming into the reception area and I was immediately told they’re running 50 minutes behind. I saw the doctor about an hour after my scheduled time, and can see the dilemma on his face of giving me proper time and care and also needing to rush to get to his next patient. The system needs to be seriously reevaluated and restructured - because despite the quality of care, the wait and chaos was not worth it.

NYU Langone at Trinity provides convenient, high-quality outpatient care with professional staff and modern facilities. Most visits are efficient, though occasional delays in scheduling or check-in have been noted by patients.
