NYU Langone Ambulatory Care

Tried calling to schedule an appointment, they don’t answer the phone and then when they do the person answering is very rude and hung up the phone. Kept calling back and doesn’t pick up. For someone who isn’t capable of walking , to go in just to make an appointment would be difficult. I called at 2:30 on December 8th,2025. Need the person that answered the phone to be dealt with! It’s infuriating already having been in and out hospitals. To work in a profession where you should have compassion, this industry is really full of workers with no heart !

First visit I was waiting 3 hours after scheduled appointment time, second time about 2 hours and still waiting. Third time won’t be definitely!

The phone system does not work. It’s impossible to get in touch with this clinic without going physically in person

I spoke to a woman named Ms.Pat and she is downright disgusting to deal with. People she deals with on the phone are seeking care and might be sick. There is a certain level of grace you need to have while being in this position. She proceeded to cut me off and put me on hold upon me asking her questions and confronting her about the fact that what she was telling me in late December and what she was saying now are two different things. This is NOT how people seeking treatment and help for their ailments are to be treated. She is a HORRIBLE WOMAN.
