They really make you late for your appointment. The receptionist is having a conversation with a student, but yet us people are standing here waiting to be checked in. How does this make sense?????? Then they wanna cancel your appointment for being late. There’s literally only ONE receptionist doing their job right now! Ridiculous!!!!!! Don’t the students have stuff to do??? You can print your papers elsewhere. I’ve literally been standing on this line to check in for 15 minutes. Hire competent staff for the reception area!!

Horrible accommodation did not provide essential service. Canceled by prior appointment. Because staff was away. They rescheduled me for my appointment only to schedule the wrong procedure. Because they scheduled me the wrong procedure, they had to rebook me for a consultation. Because a lady on that day, in October didn't have enough time. So I had to wait.A month I informed the office manager that if she books me for that appointment I Maybe late, she said no worries.We will accommodate fast forward to today.I arrived an hour late and was told.I need to be rebooked.I I spoke with Office manager Suelie Who could not provide muc

I have taken my daughter here a few times, but twice for major services. The service is really amazing. My daughter is 9 and not too fond of the dentist, like most children, but the last service they made her so calm and comfortable. They went out of their way with every detail to make sure I was good as her parent supporting her, my child was good and that we were comfortable. It’s a process, but I’d like to say for the most part they are on top of it. Thank you for your service.

I was nervous about letting students do anything dental wise on me, im the last person to trust that process, however, they were wonderful. They made me feel comfortable. I was very pleased with my visit. The only issue i have was that it took me 2 months to get to just a consultation, and its going to take another 2 months to finally get work done. Its a long waiting process to get to an appointment. Thats just ridiculous. But other than that, wonderful experience!

bitchy receptionist callers who had me call and wait for them to call me back multiple times just to book a tmj appointment in june. If you work in a place where you’re supposed to take care of patients, be nice, and if you lack the ability to do so, why are you guys even qualified to work there anyway. Having to book a appointment, just to get referred to a different number, and when i called they number they had me do a online form so they can call me back, just for this lady to tell me i have to get my referral faxed in, call them back, and wait for them to call me back to get an appointment that is 4 months from now. When i asked them nicely to repeat because I was confused as to why i have to do all of this when its the 21st century, and not the 1990s,“I already told you this 3 times”
