Nyu Cancer Center: Metula Amy B

This facility is great if you have all the time in the world and willing to wait for 2hrs for your imaging appointment. Just remember, you may get yourself in trouble if you have a job and needed to return to it within the indicated 30 min of how long this appointment will take. I came here pre and post pandemic. The only thing that didn’t change was how long you have to wait. I asked the nurse politely, after my appointment was running late for 1 whole hour, plus I arrived 20 min before the suggested time, how long do I have to wait? She said they are on average 45 min late. (Me: I am taking time off from work to come here) nurse: You are welcome to leave. Your decision. Please tell me if this is reasonable NYU? This is poor patient flow management. Especially your staff know this 45 m
