These people are just fantastic! Appointment staff can fit you in when needed, reception is pleasant and professional, imaging staff excellent and they get the results to your physician fast, and billing can actually tell you what your bill will be ahead of hime. Everything is done with professional efficiency with the needs of the patient in mind. I found them because it's where one of my doctors goes.

Today was the second time I went to NYMI for an abdominal CT scan, and I'm happy to recommend them. I have an issue and everyone in the front was helpful and professional. Yolanda, the Manager, was also very accommodating and patient with me. I would definitely go there again if I had a need.

It's really such a pleasure to be greeted by wonderful staff when you are feeling uncomfortable in a doctors office. Wait time was nothing out of the ordinary, and I was in and out of the machines fairly quickly. I also got an appointment immediately when I called.

The 6th floor reception staff and the calcium scan technician are totally unprofessional. I was kept waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes with no mention of delays. When I finally inquired, reception told me that the technician didn't tell them that he was running late "because he's an idiot." Then 2 of the ladies at reception had a loud conversation about how they would be fired for keeping patients waiting, and that they "will tell Yolanda tomorrow." The technician was more interested in discussing his iPhone charging wire problems then properly removing the adhesive sensors from my neck after the scan. I will ask my physician to refer me elsewhere in the future. I really hope that one of the doctors who own this practice will see this review.

I saw Dr. Berson for a lump in my breast. He did an ultrasound, saw nothing, and insisted I was too young for cancer. A few weeks later I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I wonder if anything could have been different if he listened to my concerns and expedited a biopsy. We’ll never know. Dr. Berson, you should educate yourself further.
