Jonathan from the pharmacy has always been great, but my recent hospital visit truly showed how he goes above and beyond. I had issues with my medication that required communication with the doctor, and knowing how difficult it can be to reach hospital doctors, he called me almost every hour to ensure I wasn’t forgotten. This level of service and commitment is rare nowadays thank you!

For years this clinic has been behind all the rest but today was something else. I was scheduled with the dermatologist at 11:20 and did not see him until 12:45pm. No one at the desk called me ahead of time to let me know so I was stuck waiting for over an hour. Only after I approached the front desk woman did she let me know he was running behind. Dr. Bloom was a nice man but I think he just lacks knowledge about black skin and considering the area he is servicing it would help to know a little bit about the things black and brown skin faces.

Lisa in patient services was the absolute BEST! She helped me during my Cancer treatment by finding and arranging Dr. vists. She was supportive and put me at ease. I can not thank her enough
