They have the best chocolate chip cookies to eat beore my appointment. Seeing Dr. Jessica is like visiting an old friend. She has been my hearing specialist for many years and has always advised me wisely. She has also handled my issues promptly as things have come up.

Incredibly impressed with Dr. Monica O'Rourke and the entire staff. Despite being fully booked she really took her time with me both before and after my hearing test. I was admittedly anxious but with her calm and reassuring manner, Dr. O' Rourke explained the range of possibilities. She was direct, clearly knowledgeable yet did so in the most supportive way. I HIGHLY recommend and am delighted to have found my audiologist.

Dr. Lindsay Gross is amazing. Professional, attentive, kind, and a joy to work with. She gets your objection as well as your need and comes up with the proper resolve quickly. I HIGHLY recommend her. She is available in 3 locations so go for it!

Dr. Frankel and her staff are simply the BEST! Professional to a "T" and clearly happy and excited by their work! It's always a pleasure to visit an office. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Just go there, you'll see.

I love everything about NYC Hearing Associates. Everyone is extraordinarily nice, exceptionally competent and wonderful. They are always accessible and available if there are ever any issues. I would give them 6 stars if that were an option.
