if i could give zero stars i would. i first faxed over a referral, then called to make sure they received it and to make an appointment. apparently they did not receive it. I then went to the office on a friday to give the referral IN PERSON then called on a tuesday and they still said they never got the referral. I was never able to make an appointment because they never got the referral. beyond frustrating. go somewhere else don’t waste your time.

Absolutely awful. Impossible to get ahold of. They send prescriptions to the wrong place, forget to put orders in and just don’t care about their patients. The providers leave a bit to be desired and it is impossible to see a MD but the office is awful. Stay far away.

The people were very friendly and professional! They asked if I was comfortable to bring in my mother to the appointment! Don't listen to the other reviews, these people are friendly and they have people who speak Spanish as well :)

Before looking up the dr told me I didn't have anything rheumatological. This type of disregard for patient care is a systemic issue with Nuvance. If you leave Nuvance you can find drs that will investigate.

Bern trying to get my new medicine sent in for 3 days now!!! I keep calling and they keep ignoring me. No one calls back. What is wrong this place?
