These nuvance Dr's don't care get you do the bloodwork go over a plan for bloodwork get your bloodwork and place a referral to another dr. They don't even go with there plan nuvance health has gone way down in health care or even caring about the patients just refere them somewhere else as well as keeping them in this office because it's were I need to be.

I had an appointment today and was a bit apprehensive about going. When I arrived I was met by the kindest receptionist. After a short wait I was escorted to an exam room by a lovely nurse . The best part was when I met the Physician’s Assistant, Jakelinne. Immediately upon meeting Jakelinne, it was an instant connection and put my fears at ease. She was warm, kind, had and had a great sense of humor. Jakelinne was extremely knowledgeable, and although she looks quite young, you instantly know she’s been doing this work for years. She addressed all my questions and ensured no stone was left unturned. Most of us don’t enjoy going to a doctor’s office but when the person who is caring for you has your best interest at heart and is not rushing you through the appointment it makes the process

Sincerely unhelpful. They are spread way too thin, I wouldn’t wish dealing with Nuvance on my worst enemy. ESPECIALLY if you have a LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS. They do not care. Worst health”care” ever.

Waited six months for an appointment and they cancelled 30 minutes before my appointment. Their only solution was to put me on the cancellation list for a last minute appointment. If you care about your health, I would stay far away from anything associated with Nuvance Health.

Was a little worried about the appointment after reading the reviews. The staff was so nice. Thank you so much.!!!!
