The year is 2023, and yet Nuvance can't even send bills electronically. Additionally, the bill payment process is unbelievably convoluted. This is only one of many problems with this third-rate monopoly on healthcare services in western Connecticut. I'd recommend people don't use it, but you don't have a choice.
