Stephanie is a wonderful PT! I saw her for my postpartum recovery after my first baby, and throughout my second pregnancy and postpartum recovery (c-section). She is kind and very knowledgeable and makes you instantly comfortable. I appreciated the way she uses different strategies to tackle an issue, like cupping, dry needling, and massage, plus all the other exercise/stretching tools. Highly recommend!

Stephanie is great! I’m a big fan of the dry needling she offers and find it the best way to relieve tension in my back and other areas. She is very in tune with her patient’s needs and history. She has strong recommendations for exercises and stretches to do between visits.
