These guys were great to work with, I called at 4:00 on a Friday to make changes to a Saturday morning order. We had a will call for just regular exterior concrete. Customer decided they want stamped and colored. They said no problem and had someone drive down to get the color friday so it would be ready for Saturday. Great experience working with them.

Today's driver of truck 127, out of Grimes, did a great job. Not all drivers fully cooperate with a wheelbarrow job, but this young man was spot on! He even offered to help strike off the concrete, which is pretty unusual, but appreciated. Good job all around!

One of their trucks a week ago passed me go in the opposite direction. Throwing a chunk of concrete and cracking my windshield. I am immediately turned around and follow them and the driver gave me his truck number , managers phone number license plate number. They had someone else call me saying They are not taking any responsibility And I can’t get anyone to call me back. I will be seeking legal advice, or taking them to small claims court..

Our experience with Norwalk Ready Mix was awesome. The driver, Berber, Gabino was great! He was super! Should be employee of the year. Thank you SO much!!!! Truck showed up EXACTLY on time. Would do it all over again.

One of your trucks was heading down the interstate without a secured load. Resulting in my truck getting blasted with debris falling from your truck. This caused a broken windshield and several paint chips on my hood. I called to give you knowledge of the incident and you failed to take responsibility.
