NuCare Pharmacy & Surgical

It has taken weeks to get my ostomy supplies (I still dont have them) and their answer to every call is "I will send an email to expedite this" except they dont. I had to spend 4 hours on the phone to do the job of Healthfirst, Integra Healthcare Partners and NuCare all over a code. None of the three cared that I am wirhout supplies and I am filing a complaint with the Americans with Disabilities Act for all 3 companies. Do better. If it was their own mother I bet theyd have followed up. Well I am a mother and grandmother who worked her whole life, show me the same respect you would expect people to show your own mother. I am requesting that Integra remove me from this pharmacy for a more reliable pharmacy. I have had this ostomy 12 years and have never experienced the level of dismissal

I switched to NuCare when I saw I could get my meds for cheaper here than CVS. Now, I would gladly pay a premium to get them filled exclusively at NuCare. The pharmacy staff is so kind and they’ve helped me out when my doctor is being unresponsive. I hope I never have to go back to CVS or Walgreens!

I've been a customer of this pharmacy for over a year now and every customer service rep of theirs -- except one, Mark -- has been cold, passive, uncaring or even marginally aggressive in each of my interactions with them. Do they work in a toxic environment? Does their management and/or executive leadership treat them unfairly? I don't know. They don't seem to realize that without their customers they might be working as cashiers in a big box store nearby. Or realize that treating their customers kindly costs them nothing. And, with their profoundly inept mishandling of my most recent prescription -- which has cost me considerable time and money and has caused substantive distress and aggro -- I have directed my doctor to stop sending my prescriptions to NuCare Pharmacy & Surgical and to

If I can leave zero stars I would! I requested to speak to a manager regarding a discrepancy that occurred with a delivery. At the end of my call I asked for the managers full name so when I contact Healthfirst I can let them know whom I spoke with. The manager did not want to disclose her full name, she said that she wasn't obligated to disclose her full name. Which is very unprofessional in my opinion especially when you're dealing with customer service and clients who keep these business afloat with our services. I then called back to speak to her superior he was also very unprofessional. Maybe Mr. Russell Shvartsshteyn need to retrain his employees Jessenia Gonzalez & Kenny Wivietsky to treat their client/customers more pleasantly if they want to continue doing business with the public

Terrible company. Do not use this company for your medical supplies. Worst company to deal with. They don’t care if you need the supplies for life. Every time you call them you get a different answer. They have a bunch of excuses to not give you the supplies even you have approval from the insurance. The insurance provided all the documents but every time you call they tell you they don’t have it or they tell you the processing team is looking into this. It has been weeks of back and forth with this company and we are going no where with this.
