Great customer service and quick turn around! My only complaint is that the hours on Google were incorrect. They open at 9 am, not 8:30 am. East fix!
The staff were rude and after three hours, they finally told me they didn't have the one ingredient to compound my prescription. The first thing I told them was that I needed to get to work ASAP, and they suggested I chill and go enjoy lunch. I will be telling my doctor to NEVER send anyone to the Waterloo Nucara Pharmacy!
Answered questions wrong on review. You can purchase medical equipment, bandages, braces, things of that 'nature but no medicines, first aid supplies like salves or ointments etc. This is mainly a medical equipment supply business.
A full service pharmacy that does on-site compounding. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They provide exceptional service.
