Aspen Dental - Waterloo, IA

My journey is just beginning but so far my experience has been great. Emma was excellent at everything she did with me. Dr Cox was extremely helpful and confident with herself and her abilities to do what I need done. Everyone was great and made me feel comfortable

I got dentures at Aspen dental a few years ago. I went in yesterday to get a re-line under my warranty. They tried to convince me that my warranty started on the day of extraction, which was six months prior to me receiving my permanent dentures they were going to charge me upwards of $500. I told them absolutely not. I came home and found my paperwork of when I signed the Warren team I called Aspen dental advocate, and they are opening an investigation on them. Also a regional manager approved to me to go to A different location to get my warranty work done when I called to cancel my appointment at the Waterloo office. They literally hung up on me several times then would not answer my call. I called from my husband's phone and they answered and I was able to cancel. I consider this fraud

I had my teeth cleaned at Aspen Dental, Waterloo. After communicating with the office and corporate for almost two months, we have agreed to the following: 1) I was in severe pain, so I asked several times for a copy of my x-rays to be sent to another dentist for a second opinion. Aspen's office told me that there was no way to contact their IT department, and it would take up to 14 days to send my x-rays. I knew that my x-rays were available because Aspen's dentist reviewed them with me during my appointment. After 14 days, an email was sent to their corporate office. The next day, my other dentist confirmed receipt of the x-rays and I was able to go in for my second opinion on the 15th day. * The x-rays were blurry, so the 2nd dentist took x-rays for free since they knew I had been in

Love the staff! They are so friendly and welcoming. Didn’t even feel like I was at the dentist. Definitely recommend if you haven’t been to see the dentist in a while (as I have not been to the dentist in years) they make you feel comfortable and are able to relate on a personal level!! 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Emma was the best! She was so cheerful and polite. Played my favorite Bob Seger music. I think she deserves a raise she really deserves one..I just loved her..
