Im not sure if it’s due to language barrier but the technician is an absolute child. When he said he couldn’t get the work done as fast as I wished I explained that’s fine and I’m on his time. He refused to do the work for me due to his ego. Wish I could give him 0 stars

Harumi has a very serious anger management issue. If he get's a case wrong, or if you question his judgement he will go off the rails. As dentists we understand that mistakes occur, but if you are unwilling to even address, let alone the fix the issue we cannot work with you. I wish Harumi all the best, but he will lose a lot of clients if he keeps this up.

Best lab in over 25 years we have been using with 7 of our practices. So reliable and always on time. Work is phenomenal all our cosmetic cases go here. Highly recommend!
