I was about to write a check to have another surgeon - five stars - perform an abdominoplasty, and got an important phone call in the midst of writing, and had to step out to return later. I had a bad feeling about having them perform the procedure because the surgeon kind of made his politics known, causing me to feel uncomfortable . I then decided to call Plastic Surgery Institute of Washington and found Dr. Forman, who is caring, honest, kind, and straightforward. He made certain that I, someone diagnosed with scleroderma, was a good candidate by securing all of my lab work and by speaking to all of my doctors to get the approval. His team is also very caring and knowledgeable about the procedure, and how to care for yourself before and after the procedure. I honestly did not experience

There are not enough nice things that I can say about The Plastic Surgery Institute of Washington. The most important part of any medical practice is the staff. The front desk staff is polite and welcoming. You are alway greeted with a friendly smile. The medical assistants are amazing. They are friendly, welcoming, interested in who their patients are, and why the patient is there. I then worked with Megan who helped me coordinate the procedure that I had done in the office. She was amazing. I was tossed at her at the end of day of my first appointment. Megan was still welcoming, caring, and we had a great conversation. Dr. Forman, Avery, and the entire staff were top notch from the moment I walked in. I was recommended to the practice and had no hesitation after the initial consult. I had a breast reduction (and lift) with Dr Huang in 8/25. I am THRILLED! For anyone considering this I can recommend with confidence Dr Huang and her staff. It has been a life changing experience.
