New patient to this practice. I found Dr Tehran very warm and he engaged with my husband very well during our new patient appointment . However I find his staff that answers the phones to be very unprofessional and they lack any training on how to answer phones. This has happened several times when I have had to call the office for various reasons . Today I had change an appointment for my husband and the customer care representative very briskly moved his appointment but after that was completed she abruptly hung up … didn’t end the call in pleasant business like way but just hung up . I did have another question I needed to ask but didn’t get the opportunity. My mother has been a longtime patient of Dr. Tehrani. She truly liked him and trusted him. She passed away at home, this past Thursday, Feb. 29th. I called the office this morning to notify and let them know of her passing. The whole conversation could not have been more cold and lacking of emotion, than whomever I spoke with. I stated my mom had been a longtime patient and that she had passed, the response... "We will update our record, Goodbye". Then they immediately disconnected. I just sat there stunned. I honestly have no words. The lack of compassion is truly shocking.

I highly recommend Dr. Tehrani, he is very professional and personable , Dr Tehrani has excellent bedside manner and is very meticulous. I received superb care. Dr. Tehrani is the reason I have a good quality of life.

I am having a hard time trying to track down a prescription that was called in. On the printout they have the wrong date of birth. Every time I call the doctor’s office the receptionist Amy (she told me that I don’t need to know her last name) is very nonchalant. People in this position should have excellent customer service skills and care for their patients. I’ve never experienced someone so rude working at a doctor’s office. I am very thankful that I’m not the patient myself. I can only imagine what the elderly may experience when calling this office. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.

Highly recommend this office. The staff is very kind and professional. They took wonderful care of my aunt and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and informed. Jessie Fox is amazing and so helpful with everything we needed!!! Thank you to the entire staff!!!!
