Dodge County Hospital

We were inpatient in January 2026 being admitted from the ER. We received the best care from every department. The staff were caring and concerned for my husband's medical and emotional well-being and mine as well. Today I had to arrange for xray reports to be sent to another Dr. office. When the fax could not be sent to me, Lindsey in radiology called the Dr office, got their fax number, sent to them, then called me to confirm events. As a retired medical administrative assistant, I have rarely experienced such professional follow-through as this. We would give 10 stars, but 5 is as far as we can go with Goggle. Well done!

I wouldn’t come to this hospital if I was shot in the head. They’ve missed diagnosed people MULTIPLE times. This is an ONGOING problem. Has been for years!! I understand every now and then. But this is 24/7. Do better. It’s more than collecting a check. Do your job and do it right. If you want to die or get scared that something is severely wrong with you but isn’t, then come here! Save your money and drive to Fairview Park, Piedmont or Navicent

Doctor and nurses were awesome to my family and I. Doctor took his time explaining everything we needed to know. Ambulance staff was A++. Best Hospital experience we've had.

Terrible experience. My daughter and son-in-law took my grandson to the ER here because he bumped his head on a dresser while running and playing and had a bloody gash on his head. The check in part went smoothly but when they called them to the back, no one never did come see about my grandson. Nurses sitting at the Nurses Station talking, not once did anyone see about him. They sat back there waiting for hours and still no one came to help my grandson. Eventually they just ended up leaving. I would never recommend this place. If they didn't care about a 2 year old, they probably don't care about no one. Most hospitals will look out for kids even if they don't adults. This is the 1st time I ever known this to happen.

I went to the hospital and was seen inside the er. I went to the program that's inside the hospital. It is a geriatric program for people 55 and up. It was clean and very nice and the staff was exceptional. The food could have been better and the beds were very uncomfortable. However you do get a room to yourself which is a plus. If they could just get better beds and pillows and improve the food this place would be top notch. I'm not giving five stars because of that. However, Gracie the music therapist and activity therapist a good a great job along with the rest of the text physical therapist and nurses. They just keep you a little longer than they should in my opinion.
