Novant Health UVA Pharmacy (Prince William Medical Center)

I have been trying to fill my prescription with pharmacy for over a week now. It is very difficult to get in touch with them and such a treat when you do because nothing gets done. Giant waste of time, I made a huge mistake thinking this would be convenient, its a huge pain. No one at this pharmacy knows whats going (always bad communication or no communication) and they don't call back when they say they will. They barely pick up the phone. Day 6 of waiting for my prescription... hopefully someone can do something about this, in the meantime I will tell all family and friends to avoid the Novant Pharmacy's they are useless! I guess if you want your prescription go somewhere else!
