Novant Health Urgent Care – Sumter (Formerly Doctors Care)

I am a veteran and the VA said to come to this place since the VA is closed on Sunday. Got here at 4:30 and no cars were in the parking lot. The woman at the window said they can't see me because she is booked up for today. I said how can that be there aren't any cars in the parking lot? She said, they are all in the rooms. This certainly isn't true. Don't bother going here they are too lazy to work. Their hours are open till 5 pm.

Wrong review earlier. Oops. That review was for Prisma ER. That's who I thought I was taking the survey for. Novice was nice to me, but they didn't see me that because the X-ray tech was not there and I needed an X-ray because my nose was very likely broken. I didn't wait a long time before they told me that I need to go to the ER.

Never again. I was billed, apparently, over $100 because my appointment was 35 minutes long, which exceeds the 30-minute limit that they apparently set but do not disclose. However, why should I be billed for waiting for the doctor when I know for a fact that the meeting time with my doctor was less than 10 minutes? Especially when my waiting depends on the doctor and services that are ahead of me??? Just another way for the healthcare system to scam individuals.

Not only did they misdiagnose me, but they have also continued to send me bills (I pay nothing out of pocket ever for anything) repeatedly for close to a year. I have called and written emails repeatedly and they refuse to add and use my secondary insurance. My specific disabilities make this extremely stressful and difficult on me causing oanic attacks and migraines which I have informed them of. I don't know what else I'm supposed to do, so I'm going to speak with USPS and file a lawsuit this week for harassment.

I had to go to Urgent care at Novant care the staff and the Dr was really great I just want to say I appreciate all of you and hope that you all continue to treat sick patients as you do Thank you Zina Biggs💕
