Novant Health Urgent Care – Ridgeview (Formerly Doctors Care)

They deserve 0 stars. Checked in at approximately 3:30pm today and told receptionist the Two Notch location sent me over because I needed an xray. Told the triage nurse the same thing and she verified at 5:08pm that the xray tech was still on site. Provider finally came in an hour and a half after I was put in a room, but somehow, she had already treated and released at least one patient who came in after me. Do yourself a favor and seek care elsewhere. At least they refunded my $199.

Although I thought I wrote this previously, apparently I did not hit send. Sade was very nice and helpful. PA Kim is very knowledgeable, and showed compassion. They are a great asset to this medical team.

This location was absolutely ridiculous... My first visit to this location the doctor just looked at my foot and decided that she wasn't going to bother with it and that I needed a podiatrist which was fine. She said she would put in an urgent order for a referral and if I did not hear anything within 48 hours to call her back. This was on December 14th. Here we are on December 30th and I've called several times and gone by the location to try to find out information about my referral. No one knows anything. Meanwhile I'm in pain and my toe is turning black and all I keep getting is I'm not sure why no one in our referral department has reached out. So between these two weeks I had to make another visit to get a flu test done. They were going to send off another panel to be tested. The doc

Staff and PA were great. I had scheduled an appt for 11am and didn’t get in for an hour later. Why bother with n appt. I lt would have been quicker as a walk in.

Let me start by saying this was by far the worst experience. All the staff were not friendly they all act as if you’re a bother to them. The “PA” or whatever she is did not know anything she basically could not clear a 13 year old child with a heart rate of 114 after me clearly stating he was taking cough meds which elevates heart rate. He was clearly nervous while you standing over him with that reaction. Was he supposed to be calm when you wasn’t?? Need new staff because the ones there clearly have there!!!
