Novant Health Urgent Care – Hillcrest (Formerly Doctors Care)

Dr. Casey and Claire Stone were absolutely amazing!!! I was soooo scared, terrified and just over all in a panic. Dr. Stone and Claire made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They stitched me up with care, expertise and assurance. Brooklyn gave me a shot and I’m scared of needles. Brooklyn administered the shot with ease and I didn’t feel a thing. No pain. She was an absolute joy. Angel the receptionist greeted us as soon as we walked into the door. Such professionalism and care. She was truly an Angel and made me feel proud to be in their care. This visit was the absolute best that I’ve ever encountered at an urgent care. I will not visit any other urgent care from this point on. Novant will be the 1st on my list. I will most definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends.

We’ve been here twice now. This type of urgent care is very hard to find, these days. The wait was minimal, although I try not to judge an urgent care or ER on that, I am a nurse, large volume equals wait time, no getting around that. The staff are genuinely friendly and don’t act like they hate their job, nor do they treat people as a burden. We saw a NP and a physician, both were great listeners and engaged. They even called to follow up as a courtesy. We’ve used SRMC immediate care until now. Night and day difference. Very grateful!

I have bronchitis went to Novant urgent care and they were wonderful. It was the Monday after the snow storm and I was seen within 30 minutes. All the staff was very pleasant. It took very good care of me.

I've had excellent experiences at this Urgent Care. The staff is always exceptionally warm and friendly from the moment I walk in, which immediately puts me at ease. They move quickly and efficiently without ever making the patient feel rushed, and they took the time to really listen and address my concerns. It's clear they care about their patients, and that level of kindness and professionalism makes a HUGE difference. I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone who needs prompt and compassionate care.

I did not have a long wait and doctor got in room promptly. The antibiotic she prescribed helped me. I received a phone call the next day to see how I was doing. That was above and beyond. Would definitely go back if the need arose
