Unethical practice, avoid!! Went here after experiencing some vertigo issues. CVS minute clinic had previously diagnosed it as an inner ear issue, which subsided but then came back a week later. They stated I should try out the urgent care across the street if it continued as they have better equipment to diagnose things. Saw the nurse on duty for about 30 seconds before she said, I wont diagnose this, you should go to the emergency room, and mentioned I would have to sign a waiver if I chose not to go. They STILL billed me for $341 for absolutely nothing! After a fun $5000 emergency room visit, its still just an inner ear issue which has been fine after a different $4 medication they prescribed there. Avoid this place. Novant just wants your money.

I signed up online with “Save my Spot”. When I arrived, my name was first in the queue. The ladies at the front desk were cheerful and checked me in quickly. I was taken back very quickly for vitals and medical review. The NP, Courtney was very nice and knowledgeable. She did a thorough examination and went over the diagnosis and treatment very clearly. My experience exceeded my expectations. I’ll be back!

This was my first time at this Urgent Care and I must say, they have the cleanest office I have ever been in. The office is so well laid out and you do not have to sit with a bunch of other people waiting to be seen as they have appointments. I was very well pleased and also treated well considering it was Christmas Day! No one seemed upset to be working and made my experience better

The staff at this location are absolutely rude as hell!! I have never felt as unseen as a HUMAN BEING as I did here. Husband had an allergic reaction and we went straight to urgent care only to be asked if we had an appointment! One bathroom had a urine basin in it, but the other restroom was only for them. No signs saying that, but what a hell of a look did I get when I went to "their" restroom. Very unprofessional front staff. Next time, I'll go spend that God awful ER co-pay. Now the doctor herself, was amazing. She's the only reason im giving them 1 star.

Was seen here on Friday for the first time. Made an on line appointment. Was seen immediately. The staff were absolutely awesome!!! Was seen by Alyssa Dias, FNP. She was absolutely wonderful!!! Addressed my illness, I was very sick, very professional in her manner, knew exactly what to do. An hour later my prescription’s were ready. By that evening after a week of feeling awful, I finally felt a little better and continue to improve. Thank you so much Alyssa Dias!!!!
