NoVa Foot and Ankle

This place is a scam. I went to this place in 2024 paid all that was told and they told me my insurance covered the X-ray and boot. They then billed me in Dec of 2025 saying I owe them 650. Stay away from this insurance scam shop. I ended up not even needing the boot they said I should get. How is it even legal they can bill me for services that was done in 2/2024 in 12/2025?

Dr. Kevin Diep was so helpful and he is professional. I was lucky to been this place due to my ankle/foot sprain and treatment. All staff were friendly, highly recommend!

Dr. Parikh took over for my long time DPM. I was very happy with her. She is very detailed and spends a lot of time with you. I will continue going to see her and recommend her to friends and family. Recently I had to get in on an emergency call. They were great and fit me in even thought they were already booked. Dr. Parikh really put my mind at ease and gave me lots of info and recommendations for my treatment. If it were not for them I would have ended up going to the ER and waiting for hours. Again what a great doctor and staff!!

Like somebody else said in the review, all they want is your money. they make you call your insurance company to see if something is approved. Never had a doctors office do that. worst service I’ve ever had.
