I’m 70 years old and recently had a wonderful experience with Marlene at Nova Dental Partners. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, which immediately put me at ease. Marlene was patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what was being done and why. She never made me feel rushed and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable. At my age, that kind of care and respect truly means a lot. I’m very grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by Marlene and the entire team. They made my visit a very positive experience.

After checking in at the reception, my appointment started almost immediately with very little waiting time. The dental hygiene specialist took X-rays and carefully examined my teeth, explaining my dental condition clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. The dental equipment was very clean and appeared to be new and well maintained. The female dentist was kind and professional, and I felt comfortable throughout the visit. She did not push any unnecessary treatments or procedures, which made the experience even more reassuring.

So grateful that I came across this practice by chance. I’ve been a patient for 3 years now and I keep coming back because the entire staff is so friendly, thorough, efficient, and because they do everything under one roof (both dentistry and orthodontics). Cecilia and Bridgette were are incredible at the front desk - not only friendly but provided me with clear, concise options for my care and answered all of my complicated questions. Kyana was an absolute joy and Dr. Bae and her staff made me feel incredibly comfortable during my procedures which I was really nervous about. Highly recommend for families, college kids, or anyone else in the area. Thank you all!!!
