Smaller pharmacy, knowledgeable staff, and when you have auto fill you don’t get 20/30 texts about progress. Simply one text…. Your prescription is ready for pick up. Oh and no partial refills. These people are on top of their game always making sure when you have 0 refills they contact your doctors, not waiting for the last minute….. I use the Newington Ct. location. 5 stars

My family and I are wondering what happened to the nice young lady with the beautiful smile and the bows!?! She was the only one my family can count on due to the language barriers, she always held our up most respect due to her skills and attitude and was always helping everyone with the most personable customer service. The service isn't good anymore there is no way she left this place as she always said she loved her patients and was committed to them. This change has caused a big difference to the point we left this place, I don't think it's fair for patients that were established already lose the only servicing person whom they were able to communicate and get the service they deserve. Bring her back or hire Spanish if you want this rating to change. Meanwhile were back at CVS.

Are you tired of long lines and waiting days to have your scripts filled? Then you need to go to this little gem hidden on the Berlin Turnpike. I no longer worry about my scripts because they are filled quickly and efficiently. The owner Ryan Manion is an amazing young man as well as a pharmacist that I have known for years. Let him fill your scripts and you won’t be disappointed. No more long lines and waits only to find out that not only don’t they have your script ready, they have to order it. I have been going here for months and have only had to wait for one script that was ordered and filled the next day.

My family has switched from 2 major chain pharmacies to Nostrum. Excellent customer service, prescriptions are filled with only minutes wait (and usually no wait ), and personalized service. Now when I pick up my family prescriptions, there is no wait and no trouble getting my medications. They even offer home delivery!

I go to the walk in next door a lot and get my prescriptions sent right next store to Nostrum. Every time I am greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by Linda. She is absolutely amazing and always kind and courteous. For that reason I will always send my prescriptions to her so they will be so done in a timely manner. Thanks Linda
