Norwood Pharmacy

Pharmacy employees lied about not having my medication and was unnecessarily rude. I had to call my doctor’s office 3 times and they confirmed it was there. The doctor’s office called them and they suddenly found it.

I’ve been a customer of Norwood Pharmacy for twelve years now. Yogi and staff have been like family to me. The personal care and attention to my health care needs are above reproach! I highly recommend Norwood Pharmacy if you are considering changing your prescription needs. You won’t be disappointed. A shout out to Angel who always has a smile and great attitude!

Thoughtful folks at this family-run pharmacy. High-quality customer service, especially in comparison to the weirdly poor service at the big franchises in the neighborhood. Taking 1 star off because they sometimes close before their stated hours and a couple times my deliveries have not been made on the day they were promised. Fix that and I'd give a 10 of 5.

Overall it is a nicely stocked pharmacy with a variety of useful and surprisingly affordable products. They have many long time loyal customers, but, welcome new customers and are very responsive to your needs. They even have bingo nights and offer senior activities. Thumbs up!
