Norwalk Skilled Nursing & Wellness Centre

I recently stayed at the Norwalk skilled nursing facility where I was treated with very good care and respectfully. all the staff we’re carrying in a very attentive, I especially wanted to say thank you to Emily Lopez, She always checked in on me and let me know where I stood. She’d always answer my question and when she didn’t know, she would find out for me. So thank you, Emily and to all the staff at Norwalk skilled nursing.

Emily she is one of the most professional people at the facility she is very well verse in her job and has a lot of compassion for the residents. Phyical Therapy department is very thorough with patients needs. I have had a great success with my rehab here. Highly recommend this facility for yourself or family.

Im so grateful for Norwalk Skilled Nursing and Wellness Center. The staff treat my loved one like family—so kind, patient, and caring. The place always feels clean and welcoming, and I can see how much effort they put into making sure everyone feels comfortable. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands.

My husband got injured a month ago. He broke both his ligaments and had to go to rehab for a month. The people here in the rehab are amazing. The nurses, social workers, the cleaning people, everyone. They love and take care of their residents here. They make sure everyone is welcome. It really feels like everyone is family here. I told my husband that if i had to go to a assisting nursing home it would be here.

Staff member Liberty was in the room with our family member when we arrived. My husband and I were tremendously impressed by her patience and professional attentiveness to his sister. Liberty showed that she had compassion and saw our relative as more than just another patient. We were very impressed and pleased.
