We came back here today for a second time for my 2 year old son only because I needed a Dental Exam Form required by his preschool. The first time we came here was on 5/20/25 and the wait time was longer than the “procedure” done by the dentist. The dentist literally just took a look at his teeth and that was it. Then I received a letter from Access Dental with the services charged by the dentist, they charged for Oral Hygiene Instructions, Topical Flouride Varnish, and Child Prophylaxis that she never did to my son. I intended to call Access Dental about this to dispute these services but eventually just got busy and forgot to do it. And then today, our second time here, our appointment is at 10AM, we got there 9:50AM, and it’s already 10:40AM without a single update from the two receptio

Do not go here. Dirty facilities. Will charge your insurance for work they did not do. Avoid this place at all cost.

This is a terrible place to get any dental work done. As they have different dentist that come in one day. And there not there the next time. So you have different dentist going into your mouth. They are limited in staff. And if one dentist does something wrong (like in my case). There are procedures that they can't do. In order to fix the problem. Save yourself the headache and pain. By finding an established dentist office. And not an up-and-coming one that converted a house into a dentist office.

Bad experience. They did a root canel/crown and now it’s infected from the inside and they said I need a retreat ment and they can’t do so I have to pay to fix something the did wrong
