The receptionist is very rude and condescending. Her clear lack of empathy reflects badly on this establishment and will be the downfall of this business. First time calling and probably the last. Thanks, but no thanks . I would suggest Dental Care of Norwalk its a 2min drive and their service is top notch. Norwalk Dental Associates, do better. I’ll be switching offices.
I’m usually scared of dentist appointments, but getting my teeth cleaned here is always a great experience! The dentists are kind, patient, and look out for my best interests while always doing a great job cleaning my teeth. I will always recommend them to my friends and family.
Every visit I am received with a warm smile. My last few visits with Dr. Nguyen have been fun, simple and professional. Highly recommend Norwalk Dental Associates, for their honesty and care for all of their patients.
