My wait too get in wasn’t bad, too see the doctor wasn’t bad but too get x-rays done was leaning towards ridiculous. The doctor came to the room too tell me he was looking for the tech because even he recognized it was taking way too long. Finally got the x-rays and was told ribs are hard too see on x-ray and the radiologist would look at them Monday and they would call. They did exactly that and confirmed exactly what I thought. Overall my experience was good. Dr. Turner and staff were courteous and kind. Thank you! I will follow up with my doctor in Colorado! And yes, I left my phone at the house!

Went in to get stitches taken out that they put in. Was told they don’t do stitches and asked if we had an appointment. After some back and forth we said we’ll just make an appointment and then we’re told they don’t do appointments. We were told it’d be over an hour wait and there was no one else there. Finally get back into the room and the nurse was rude and had an attitude the entire time. Would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. They attempted to refuse healthcare just because they didn’t feel like doing it. Horrible.

Came in for a simple drug test for a new job and this was by far the easiest test I've had in my 4 years of employment. As a new walk in patient I was in and out in an hour and my nurse was even training someone! The staff made everything nice and easy and everyone was very professional.

My husband went to this location by recommendation of his doctors office for what he thought was a broken rib. After an x-ray & discovering that wasn't the situation, they did NOTHING more and sent him on his way. After being there for 3 hours & $40 later. Hours later he ended up @ the GP's office, then for a CT scan and still later that night was taken to the ER. This is the 3rd time that someone from our family has been to this location and left with no answers. Waste of time & money.

This is Andrea Tyson. Went yesterday and so sick with respiratory problems. Ended up being bronchitis. I can not say enough good things about everybody from front desk on back. Joyce McClain was wonderful! Kroger was on back order for my cough medicine and they contacted Dr. McClain. She not only changed the prescription but called me personally to explain the change. Ever heard of a busy doctor calling you personally anymore?
